SPIR has modern facilities of teaching and research. Most of the classrooms are equipped with multi-media. The School also has an auditorium, with Multimedia Projector, Sound System, and seating capacity for 100 delegates. The auditorium, built with the generous support of Strategic Plans Division, is used to hold seminars, conferences, workshops and special lectures
In addition to QAU Central Library, SPIR has its own Seminar Library, which contains books and journals related to Political Science and International Relations. A Computer Lab is also housed in this library, and students have internet access to online academic resources provided by the HEC.
Students and research scholars at SPIR make good use of these resources and other facilities. The School also encourages extra-curricular activities such as sports, debates and excursion trips for its student community. A vibrant SPIR Student Society plays active role for the purpose.
